Sometimes you could see that there is no other messages than that. Is it right or wrong? Well it depends on the situation.
When it is OK
If you see accepts, but they are rare - it is the difficulty of the pool, which is playing a role here. You have to understand that mining is related to lottery. Some times you can find shares very quickly, sometimes you would find them rarely. In average it should correspond to your hashing rate displayed in the cgminer window. You can see the same effect when you look to User Hashrate in your pool. The graph would be like a saw with tops and bottoms around your actual hash rate, displayed in cgminer. It is ok. You can read more about difficulty here.
When it is not OK
It is not OK however, if these tops and bottoms are in average less than your hash rate. Sometimes if something is really wrong you would not see any accepted shares and pool stats would show 0 KHs. In this case you must review your cgminer settings. Remember that you should wait for accepted shares up to about 20 min, before starting to worry.
