The problem is in your cgminer settings. More specifically you have to add flag --thread-concurrency. The correct number for this is not the same for different GPUs. Sometimes it can also be different for the same GPU core provided by another vendor.
Another interesting message from cgminer, which is rare however. I've found very good explanation on one of the forums from the person with nickname ckolivas. The original post can be found here. I'd like to quote this post and add some personal comments.
If you just started to use cgminer you would probably wonder what do this messages mean . Sometimes you can see 5-6 of them coming in a row without any Accepted job. Is it something to worry about ? Fortunately not! This message means that network have found new block, which is a common thing.
